Hi, I'm Vickie, a holistic health advocate and certified life coach who is passionate about helping people unlock their full potential. Through my personal experience with health challenges and my journey to overcome them, I have developed a deep understanding of the power of holistic approaches to health and wellbeing. This has inspired me to help others on their own paths to wellness and to live their best lives.


With my background in art therapeutic life coaching and my passion for creativity, I take a unique approach to helping others. My own experience with helping my mother overcome cancer through a natural diet and cancer-fighting teas and tonics has shown me the power of these approaches. I am committed to sharing these principles with others.
